and creativity is the motto that guides Alona Appenzeller in her
design.
Her range of
work encompasses trade show exhibits, architecture and product
design. This
wide range of disciplines differentiates
Alona and provides her
with a broad, unique perspective that is reflected in every
project. Alona has extensive experience as a designer
for firms in the U.S. and abroad.
Prior to becoming an
independent designer, Alona held the position of Senior Designer
with Premier Displays & Exhibits, an award-winning company
based in
California. In
this role she designed exhibits for firms from a variety of
industries including communications, entertainment, apparel,
medical and technology. Before joining Premier, Alona designed
exhibits for Gila Shakin, Ltd. - a leading exhibition design
company in Israel.
Alona has substantial
architectural experience, working for GF55 Architects in
New York, as well as working for Avi Toledano, Architects and Shmuel Gelbhart,
Architects, based in Israel.
Alona graduated cum
laude Hadassah-Wizo Neri Bloomfield College of Design in Haifa,
Israel. She holds
a B.Sc from the Architectural School of Wales University in
Cardif, England. She is also a Certified Architectural Engineer
by the Technological Institute of the Israeli Labor Ministry and
a Certified Teacher for Architecture by the Education
Ministry.
Alona completed her
compulsory military services, serving as an English Teacher in
the Military Boarding School of Haifa, Israel. |
